A really big change to how iqurate can be used! Now you can store anything you like in our user database by creating custom PII questions. If you are interested in reusing participants for future projects and you want to track their shoe size or where they went to university, now you can!

You can now set up logic based on whether or not a respondent comes from a panel. This lets you show or hide specific pages or sections based on where the user comes from, ensuring you can more easily recruit and use panels side by side.

Now for a project, you can see how many emails you’ve sent along with loads of other analytics and a dashboard. Also present are exports so you can perform your own analysis. This is a great boost to our CRM functionality.

A very popular request, cross tabulation lets you select 2 questions and view how they intersect. This is a big power boost to our already much improved dashboards.

⭐️ We’re now normalizing all emails before we save them, ensuring that we don’t get duplicated users.
⭐️ Improved the styling of selected text in the survey builder, to make this more obvious
⭐️ We’ve improved the way that data is stored in the background. This enables us to rebuild our exports from the ground up, unlocking some great possibilities with the types of analysis we can do - watch this space!
⭐️ We’ve made the links in iqurate a little bit longer, removed ambiguous characters - I and l for instance! This means we can now generate 10s millions of links without any problems, so get to distributing those surveys!
⭐️ Added a new way for users to report if their survey is broken
